Adromischus festivus

Adromischus festivus is a small succulent native to South Africa, occurring in rocky, arid regions where it grows among stones and gravelly soils. It forms clusters of short stems with fleshy, triangular leaves that are grey-green to brownish, often patterned with irregular darker markings. The leaves may take on reddish tones in strong light or under seasonal stress. Mature plants produce slender flower spikes carrying small, tubular flowers that are greenish to whitish with purple tips. Its compact size and leaf patterning make it well suited to container culture and collections of miniature succulents.
